i know, been over a month since i last posted, and ive been pretty busy with things, getting ready for japan, in like 43 days ill be there, its alittle insane to think about it, but i cant wait, and ive found 2 festivals which ill be probably checking out over there

I'd do the school, because the danger w/ an apprenticeship is being stuck learning one or two major techniques, instead of being exposed to a lot of styles, techniques, flavors, instructors, etc. good luck!

yeah, i was thinking of that as well, and with the cookery schools its also usually a higher standard as that is what your studying.

ill be over there for 3 weeks, and by myself, but ive done traveling like that before so ill be fine.
mind you ... japanese kids might look upto me and get scared, and there's around the 5 foot, and im 6'2/3

b)well i will go to canada, its just going to be in 4 years time i guess, once ive finished doing my chef's degree.
c) yeah, dont worry, i reckon ill do the cookery course, just from people ive heard that abuse the kids in restaurants all the time.
yeah, well this next job will only be for 3 months or so, just to fill in over x-mas and new years, then get into studying and then working at a cafe or something along the lines for a part time job. but yeah, i have been thinking about it for a while now.
