howdy.
i know, been over a month since i last posted, and ive been pretty busy with things, getting ready for japan, in like 43 days ill be there, its alittle insane to think about it, but i cant wait, and ive found 2 festivals which ill be probably checking out over there ...

its another 24 hours party, but this time in a staium with 20,000 japanese kids.
besides from that, going to be quite busy seeing cool things which japanese people are all about. im pretty excited.
another thing im excited about is that i can say im no longer single, the girl i was dating in my last blog is my girlfriend, which is rad, well more then rad, more like radder then rad and things are going pretty good at the mo with it.
work seriously is getting to me, basicly when it comes closer to the 13th of july im just going to say in a months time i wont be working there anymore. ive just had enough and going to move onto other things, weather it will be working in another cafe, or pub or even try myself out at retail.
which will now bring me to the next lot of things i have to say.
i will be applying myself for the next 4 years of my life in adelaide, this is a big deal, i thought i would have plans of traveling to canada for a year, but then i thought, im 25 next month, i need to have a plan on my life. so the next 4 years im going to study to become a chef, and not a shit one, like the real deal fine dining chef. hence 4 years. there's 2 ways i can go about this, one is that i do a apprenticeship for 4 years, or i just go through a cookery school. im learning more towards the cookery school, the reason is that your learning all the time while ive heard not so good things about apprentceship guys which there getting abused, working longer then they should, and not learning much at all ... but yeah this is a big step for me, im a cook now, but im going to take it to the next level.
so yeah, i think thats all for now, ill let you know guys on everything else once it gets closer for me to japan!
