New Car Acquired
So after months of talking and internet searching, we have a new car. I had narrowed the choices down to a Mazda3 (what Buddy wanted), a Nissan Versa and a Honda Fit Sport. I was really leaning towards the Honda (the Versa HB is super-cute and just as good a car, but ABS brakes aren't standard so it would have ended up costing more than the FIT ( Read more... ) -

Rollercoaster
Sometimes you find exhiliration in the fall of the rollercoaster.
And other times, the excitement and thrill is in the climb- the fall proves disappointing, if only because it comes in stark contrast to just the few minutes before.

About the house of friends...
looking around at Houston Realty sites- I am amazed at the amount of rentals out there that are 5 bedrooms and in a great price range.
Why haven't we done this before now?
