I have to tell you, my heart didn't stop racing through this entire fic.

Wonderful stuff. I'm in awe, Kiki.
I would so love to be able to write half this well, and with a quarter the inspiration.

Girl, that was *evil*. And fabulous. You had me hooked from the first sentence, and sick inside all the way through the explosion. Such a beautiful, desolate image of River flying towards the stars. You definitely did not need to worry about the pacing-- I was breathless by the end.

Just-- yeah. Wow.

I've read this twice--once when you first posted, and again just now.

Even knowing exactly what happens, even knowing what the ending is, this story is still chilling.

Oh, and btw, *very* happy with your Luke/Lorelei story! I know you're recovering from ficathons, but that was a lovely (and funny) last entry.
