Gustav II Adolf Day and an impromptu haircut

As a Gothenburger born and bred I had to celebrate our special day - "Gustav II Adolf dagen" - when we commemorate  the death of Gustav II Adolf  at the Battle of Lützen on the 6th of November 1632. Gustav Adolf II was the founding father of Gothenburg, in 1621, and every November the 6th we eat a special cake. In the old days there used to be
