On a footy forum, me and some other people were discussing why Brazilian players are opting to return home and play in the Brazilian leagues instead of going for the greater glory in Europe. We're not talking about old guys going back to their homelands for one last hurrah, that's normal. People like Ayala, Requilme and Henrik Larsonn do this as well as Brazilians like Ze Roberto,Gilberto and Emerson but Adriano is 28, Cincinho 29, and both Fred and Robinho are only 26. That's abnormal.

It's because Ronaldo once broke his knee or something and after that he couldn't play 2 games without rupturing it again.
