not much to say, except that i changed my layout to one of the new ones (giant monster rampaging through a city! w00t!), and that i am psyched for the upcoming toronto after dark film festival (sci-fi/fantasy/horror). no giant monster movies will be featured, alas. i'm actually volunteering for some of it. the movies i will likely see are: special, ( Read more... )

haha! the first likeness that came to mind was gamera, but yes, i suppose it could be related to bowser, too!

Hmm ... I don't really dig asian horror as much as you & the Ginster seem to, but I might be into seeing Special, if you guys are going.

shinobi doesn't look like horror. the clip they showed us at the volunteer orientation session looked like kick-ass martial arts. but yeah, let's see special!
