What is it you posted a picture of? Maybe knowing the context of the comment would assist in puzzling out its meaning.

It says something like "...Deep sea teacher and [this] son?" if I use the most common reading, but stupid kanji always like stupid ten thousand different ways to read them so idek.

MY JAPANESE IS NOT GOOD. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

With my ghetto-ass Japanese, it looks like they're asking "....(someone)-sensei's son?"

Putting the name into a translator with a name dictionary brings up these possibilties: Unabara, Unabara, Umihara, Kaihara, Kaibara, Unahara, Umibara, Kaiwara

Not being familiar with whatever it's from kind of makes my trail end there, ahahaha. That goes double if it's a reference to a different series entirely...or if the name reading is an obscure one that isn't in this dictionary?
