Critics of Michigan's proposed anti-bullying legislation are looking to the state House to remove a controversial exemption they say allows bullying as long as it can be justified from a place of moral or religious conviction. *sarcasm*: maybe it's just me, but I thought the whole point of an anti-bullying law was to show that there AREN'T any exceptions/exemptions; perhaps I was mistaken?

I kinda want to go to Michigan and and tell them "DUHHH!!!!".

dear god. Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Allowing people to get away with bullying just because of something to do with religious convictions? That's just plain ridiculous. Next thing you know, bullies will say picking on others is part of their religion.

Is there a copy on the internet of the proposed law in its entirety? I don't trust popular media to tell the whole truth about any issue. So much of it is just a stirring of the pot to bring up ratings.
