Bullying - what is it actually?

I posted an entry here about how I feel the term can be both overrused and underused, and how I think kids leaving FB might actually be a good thing as far as cyberbullying goes.  This isn't a post about how bullying isn't a real problem, but rather, how we need to properly understand it to help.

Since this is real good for discussion, would you like to make this post public or do you prefer to keep it members only if you're wary of non-members looking at your journal even if the entry is public?
