I'm glad Facebook is cooperating. What those people were doing was the same as libel, slander, and identity theft- all illegal. It's fairly clear cut. Too bad the same can't be said of most cases of bullying.

The online privacy issue shouldn't be use to protect abusers. It should be used to protect the average citizen's information, whistle-blowers, human rights activists, and oppressed peoples. Trolls should be exposed and prosecuted. Preventing corrupt governments from naming human right's activists and journalists as trolls is another matter entirely and shouldn't be used to cloud the water.
