It's, uhh, a Hoot-thing. [ 9_6 ] Sorry, I'm still trying to figure out the names... I guess I could just show you it.

[ grabs the only other Pokeball he has!! and look it's a Hoothoot. that promptly turns its head around 360 degrees. Tavros is very disturbed by this. ]

Uhh, that thing that it does, I think it does it just, mostly, to antagonize me...
