Good lord it's so bad. And some of the so bad is really fun to watch (lolol Domyoji and his frying pan lololol shaving with a cut credit card) and some of it is just painful. There are a few moments of just...absolute total character assassination for Makino and Rui (and Domyojiroth) especially. You've been following the cast closely enough in camp that you could PROBABLY see the horror of the movie without seeing the show first. But it's also not subbed yet, so you'd have to watch the cam raw. Makino has a post about the movie and how it stings her in the kokoro as well, so check her LJ for pertinent links.
