[It's been a few days since the incident back at the lake, and shortly after that Noel's heard some rather distressing news from Jin concerning their world. [So before you go into the clinic there's a guy outside of it spying on Miss Litchi from behind a tree, but is almost in plain sight while doing so. Litchi doesn't notice him however because SHE'S READING A BOOK MAN! YEAH!]
