i don't know, but i'm just as bad with stuff like that. there's something endlessly fascinating about wounds and gore. sort of like train wrecks. *sheepish look*
Yeah, E-Coli and Staph are very common infections in sores like that. In fact, she probably got the Staph in the hospital - it runs rampant around most hospitals. That's why my mom - who is very easy to get infections - her doctors sent her home right after the last surgery because they figured she was more likely to get an infection if she stayed in the hospital. Basically every time she has stayed in the hospital, she gets Staph. Also, your mom's nausea is probably from the pain meds - they are very hard on your stomach (mine was always like a rock inside my stomach) and they also cause constipation which obvs makes you less inclined to eat.
"a blunt dipped in liquid hydrocodone"OMG. I am utterly fascinated at the idea and also ridiculously terrified of the thought. I did some pretty messed up things with my pain pills but the thought of that makes me shit my pants. That would be an extreme high from something like that
