I hope it's not actually schizophrenia, because otherwise I don't think he can be on a working field-team. I'm curious now though how it will be handled. Ok, and kind of excited :D However, DNW romance :( They're already doing a disservice to Brewster's character with the whole contract thing, and Hotch getting into a relationship with any subordinate, no matter how well matched they are mentally = ethically wrong. I do like their relationship but a romance would be a very bad idea. Do you know if Brewster's been renewed for this and all subsequent seasons or if it's a last season contract thing?
i believe paget is being dumped at the end of the season. i'm not sure how she'll be written out. it's very frustrating. it's like cbs is trying to ruin the show. do they not realize how talented and hot paget (and jj) is? *glower*
i read a while back that ed was against romance among the characters. so maybe it'll be a bff kind of thing. because i am not thrilled about a relationship storyline. although at this point, i'd support anything that keeps paget on screen.
i'm thinking it's maybe a shizo affective disorder, not actually full blown schizophrenia. medication might be able to take care of that. i'd say he could have jj's job to keep him out of the field, but we both know reid and social interaction = FAIL. :D or maybe it's a medical condition that people get who are genetically predisposed to schizophrenia? if there even is such a thing.
