Yep. No "whites", meaning no sugar, pasta, bread or potatoes. Wheat pasta and bread substitutions are okay in moderation. I'm eating mostly fruits, veggies, and protein, with the occasional "cheat" here and there. And CHEESE, OMG. No way am I giving up my dairy. ;)
I still need to get more exercise, though. It's harder to convince myself to go out and walk when it's colder out, so I'm going to start doing more stuff at home. A work pal gave me some tips today on using my inflatable workout ball, so I'm pretty excited to try it. I'm here for support if you need me!
