My mom took me clothes shopping today for my birthday, and OH MY GOD.

I was so much smaller in reality than I *thought* I was that I started crying right there in the changing room. Happy, stunned crying. This is seriously about the most awesome feeling ever.

Follow-up appointment #3 was last Friday (Jan. 9th):

12 pounds lost last month. (Total after three months: 46 lbs--so close to 50 lbs., I can taste it! 10 more to lose before I can use my fancy new scale.)
