I guess I'll start with the good news... So far, final grades in 4 out of my 5 classes have been posted, and I've gotten A's in everything so far (even Art of Japan! unbelievable!). It's incredible how quickly the time goes by. There are never enough hours in the day to do everything that I need to do. Tonight I made a DELICIOUS chicken and broccoli stir-fry. It's only about 270 calories per serving, and the serving was actually quite large! It tasted AWESOME. I love learning how to cook.
