Lilli is so cute! Oh, and the scene with her and Sam was gorgeous. Also the scene with Dean and Sam at the end. I sort of thought that's what he might have done (been a sperm donor). Dean's response was priceless. "At least tell me you got some cute little nurse to give you a hand--" Oh, pure Dean.

This is gonna be very sad, isn't it? I hope Lilli makes it but I have a feeling Sam (and Dean) are gonna be put through the ringer here.
