No, I haven't found the legendary lesbian Madeleine True as I've walked these streets, but I am going to see the legendary Beebo Brinker in the East Village. Whoa, you REALLY are making the most out of your time in magic NYC! I'm so glad to hear all of your "success stories" so far :)

Question: Who was on for Stephanie J Block? Is Lisa Brescia still the Stand-By? If so, I'm sure you had a wonderful perfomance (even though I understand the disappointment). What about Annaleigh? Does she live up to all the fuss...?

I'm really looking forward to Spring Awakening and Curtains. Again, thanks for your wonderful report :)

See this is why I go to WICKED when ever the opportunity presents itself. When I saw it last week, Annaleigh was wobbly. She started off in her bubble, unsure and not up to snuff...Friday, she was wonderful all night! Just delightful. Lisa was even better this time, and she was good before. I love to watch these ladies grow into their parts. There was a different Wizard, and he was SUPER. Too much fun! The only thing that was not a success was my after theater stop at Sardi's. The cheese cake was soooo bad, that we sent it back and left! All we wanted was an old fashioned wedge of NY cheese cake; what we got was a flat circle of bland mush. Back, for certain. I know what cheese cake is supposed to look and taste like. They aren't going to treat me like a tourist, fools!
