I LOVED this. I really wish that there was more Cain fic focusing on her human side. This was just... it was just the right balance for Cain. The ruthlessness, and also the deep caring and the vulnerable aspects. I really love that bit with Jurgen, and her pain that's there with all of that.

This was exactly what I'd imagine was in Cain's head. Great stuff!
