Rachel was actually in the first Stacey-Jeremy-Claudia triangle book, Stacey vs. Claudia, which I know off by heart because I’ve read it several times :) I thought she seemed like a cool character, after I got over the fact that the BSC said she had been a bully - they may be snowflakes, but bullies suck, too.

And, in book 12, Ashley Wyeth sat with the BSC! I don’t think that ever happened after that book, but at least no one was being guilt-tripped into only having club friends.

- Anyway, she gets there and Peaches is freaking out because . . . and Lynn has a stomach bug.Ew! Seriously! There’s nothing wrong with putting off a visit or even a whole holiday! No one else wants your germs! Cancel the kid’s birthday party and you won’t infect fifteen other kids! Postpone Thanksgiving a week or two and you can use (and/or show off/unload) all the stuff you bought during the major post-Thanksgiving sales! If I was invited to someone’s house and didn’t find out until I got there that their kids had been barfing for two days, I’d just leave ( ... )
