I'm on a mission to read all the BSC books I missed the first time around and thanks to e-books and my Kindle, I got the hookup.

She describes him as "simply adorable" although not model-gorgeous like Jason Priestly--It's always jarring to see a reference that makes sense instead of saying "gorgeous like Tony Dow" or something like that.

I gotta say the cover might honestly be the best looking cover from the entire series. I love the scenery, Stacey and Robert look their ages, everything is in proportion, etc.

Claudia and Stacey watch a Johnny Depp movie after dinner--Yep, there's that jarring effect again.

His career can be broken into two categories: his hot years where he did a lot of obscure/unrecognizable (compared to today) parts, or when he's basically Jack Sparrow playing other roles. So IDK which movie, heh.

The enemy of my enemy is my friend....so I love any snarker who enjoys hating on Stacey or Dawn. ;)

And..WTF...Stacey's father is willing to take her ANYWHERE and she chooses an otherwise boring island to be near her boyfriend? That's just...just wrong. And weird. It also strikes me as unhealthy, considering she and Robert can talk on the phone and exchange postcards, maybe even emails.

Great snark so far! And yeah, I hate the food shaming thing too because I am an everythingvore. ;)
