Some things I loved, some things I did not love, and the whole thing felt weird and familiar-yet-totally-different and I don't know how to feel about it. So I will have to give it some thought

And also HI THERE GRANT. *_*
Lars and I maintain that in OT3verse, Frank spends no small amount of time LOLing at Gerard and Grant for their sometimes-hilarious shirts
YES. YESSSSS. He would HAVE to, right? But Gerard is TOTALLY into all of Grant's hilarious shirts, don't you think?
YOU, BTW, are SO DELIGHTFUL. SO sweet, and an EXCELLENT writer, and I so much appreciate your enthusiasm and your hard work for the fandom--you're dragging me on to Twitter, dammit, with all of your awesome links! <3 You're just a rockstar, and I'm SO glad to be sharing a fandom with you.

I don't know how to leave pictures or anything in a comment, but also I don't deserve any compliments just now. But I approve of your compliment drive and would like to endorse it here. (this message was paid for by the Sal for Compliments Super PAC)

Re: Batgirl: I don't know, I probably need to read it again; the first time through, I was just having an intense emotional reaction that I couldn't begin to untangle, and that's still where I am, really. Babs was still the Babs I love, but the circumstances were so different and there was this huge Dinah-shaped hole in the story (for me) and IDK, IDK IDK, it was difficult to adjust to. It was also angstier and darker than I expected. OTOH, it's only the barest beginning of the story, so I feel like it's impossible to really make a solid assessment at this point. It was weird! But I didn't hate it! And I still love Babs with a burning, desperate love. So I dunno, I'd be interested to hear your thoughts if you do give it a try.
AS FOR YOU: I admire so much that you are doing something that is very difficult and scary, and you're doing an awesome job with it. And everything I do is more fun when I can share it with you. ♥
