I'm gonna admit it flat out. The Taylor Swift songs are really fun to play on Band Hero. There. I said it.

even if her grasp of classic literature is somewhat specious at best

HEE! I sort of don't want her to ever find out how Romeo and Juliet actually ends. It would break her heart.

Also, on the subject of Band Hero, you can play Every Rose Has It's Thorn and that makes the ENTIRE GAME WORTH IT RIGHT THERE.

And I kind of want an icon of the headbanging skull. Even if I get up to the harder songs on Metallica and pre-emptiely give up because WHAT? Fingers DONT DO THAT. :D

Right?! *pats her head* Though my biggest eye-rolling moment in that song is actually the "you were Romeo / I was the Scarlet Letter" part. Um, sweetie? You are invoking VERY different types of stories there, and I'm not really sure that you want to be. Hee. She seems like a nice girl, though, and she writes songs that seem very appropriate to the profundity level of the average 17-year-old, so whatever.

WE TOTALLY PLAYED EVERY ROSE HAS ITS THORN. AND IT WAS AWESOME.

I kind of want an icon of the headbanging skull. That was exactly what SDW said! WISELY. I bet it exists somewhere. It must! But, um, yes. I am actually glad that they've easified some of the songs on GH: Metallica, because an entire game of songs that are as hard as the GH Metallica songs usually are... OH HELL NO. (I found the same thing with GH: Van Halen, actually--the version of Hot For Teacher on there at least seems POSSIBLE, unlike the version ( ... )

STEVE PERRY SNEAK ATTACK

AH HA! I BLOCK. Unfortunately I blocked by getting Spice Up Your Life stuck in my head. Slam me to the left if you're having a good time! Shake it to the right if you know that you feel fine!

wondered why every song does not start like "Enter Sandman" does

GOOD QUESTION

Mmmmmm. Faithfully. (Thanks, now I have that song in my head. Along with DSB). ;)

I LOVE NCIS OMG. I'm SUCH an NCIS whore and I cannot get enough of it. Ziva and Tony so need to just have sex and be done with it. Like, real sex, not undercover! sex. Love me some Abby too. How cool is she?

And mmmm yay nice David Cook dreams. :) <3

Like, real sex, not undercover! sex.

We just watched that episode last night, and I was like DUDE. I've been watching all this time NOT KNOWING that Tony and Ziva had pretend!sex so early on in the game? WHOA. MY MIND IS BLOWN. As you say, however, they TOTALLY need to have ACTUAL SEX. AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Abby is the coolest, and I adore her. She makes everything better!

So I had to share it with all of you, so now you, too, will have that song stuck in your head!

That's a very cruel thing to inflict on those of us who have Monday off from work and were otherwise having perfectly satisfactory days. Karma's a bitch, brynn... I shudder to think what kind of disturbingness will be in your next David Cook dream. :-)

Now I may have to turn to Boston to get this Steve Perry out of my head.

AHA. Clearly it was YOUR retroactive karma, sir, for gloating about having Monday off! For that I should quote some more Journey, but seeing as there is never really a bad time for Boston, I'll let you off the hook this time. :)
