Now to tell me that *this* is the "final straw"... Not the outcome of the One-on-Ones... But because I wasn't available to punch in on my day off because we had a death in the family and I was *coincidentally* in the building with my special-needs dog, then I don't need to wait until Monday to give them my decision. I *need* to transfer to another store. And that will leave exactly 2 groomers, and my new trainee will need to transfer to another store as well to continue her training for the next 6-8 weeks.
He didn't say anything in response, other than "Well, I'm going to choose not to say anything. I'll have to talk to Mark again." I told him I wasn't at all surprised by that response, it's basically exactly what I thought he'd say, and walked away.
My conversation with Mark last Friday went very well. He let me get all of this out and then told me that, yes, Nick had emailed him on that Saturday... But he hadn't read it until Sunday Night! So the part about Mark agreeing 100% with everything Nick said that day was clearly an exaggeration. He had NO Idea about any of this, most of this wasn't even in the email he got
