Slapt most of today. I feel good. Tomorrow I am going to clean my bedroom. It has to be done.

3:08 AM - cannot sleep

Today when you mentioned the swing it gave me an idea going home. Why not have the fromt cover of my book have a swing on it. I would do it at the elemtary school in Elida. The name of the book is "The ups and downs by Brian J. Steiner."

I REALLY could not move today.... my back hurts so bad... I am using a heating pad. I tolfd the temp agency that I am not going back. It is REALLY a sweat shop. I was few of the white males. We received no breaks, but did get lunch. the worst job ever...

I will see you THursday at 5:00.... The times are a bit different, but I think it will work better for a job.

Do you still want coffee? I can brew some decaf or regular.

I hardly cannot walk by standing all day.. My back really hurts which I have problems with beforce.

Today was a disaster... the job sucked... i feeel like I ran a marathon.. every piece of me hurts.. I am not going back. It is lierally a sweat shop. no breaks which I belive is against the law. The fair was weird this year.... I knew very few people desides the superintendents. But there were kids latst year that graduatd after I I ended my 10 yrs... so it was good Dad got his 27 yrs in,,, Got his 25 year brick,, Mom did good, but it is hard for her to walk... shre used a cane and on long distances a wheelchair

The session with Dr Ward went very well.. It was REALLY intense in which he asked me if I needed to stop and I said no... It was neat because he ended the last five minutes just getting up on our lives. That wraps everything all nice and neat in a package~

I got al my appts changed... it is a LOT easier than I thought it would be. When we get to October it will be Turesdays at 5pm...

I guess no coffee... hmmm

Brian... I got a 6:30am to a 3pm job M-F. so that will mess up our times( no weekends) I am trying to get any openings 4pm and after... it sucks... but $9 paying job which I need badly.
