This was also me: a/b/o and h/c, I guess, but since the prompter asked for the trope to be subverted, it's not what that usually implies.

Thanks so much! It was such a lovely prompt, where a/b/o sometimes doesn't leave so much space for being a good guy.

Aww, this is sweet. I really love your world-building, that they take classes about hormones and that insurance is higher for omegas. I mean, that's horrifying to think about since they're the ones who need it most, and yet, what is the real world like. It's a fascinating, gritty detail that really enhances the realism of an otherwise fantastical trope.

Thanks! It's what interests me about the whole a/b/o thing - not the sexual differences but the societal ones, unless you want a world where biology wins all the time. Which can be interesting, but definitely isn't my kind of thing to write. There needs to be space for nice guys with soup and evil insurance companies and other things that make the world turn, for better or worse.

This is lovely, just lovely. I honestly don't believe I've ever seen such a charming and sweet a/b/o fic. Love that you mentioned the classes and sad state of omega medical care, too -- it just made everything so much more real. But what struck me was how Jared laid claim to Jensen -- just to keep the

Jared's coming back tomorrow. With more soup, very likely. And when Jensen isn't sick and stinking and helpless with gratitude, they are going to be friends. At the very, very least.

The final passage put just the BIGGEST smile on my face. What a wonderful story! Thank you!

Thanks so much! Mostly, I'm grateful the guys I know are betas; I enjoyed writing alphas and omegas as though they are real people too, though real people with extra icky issues sometimes.

Oh, for heaven's sake! Did I not finish my sentence? That should've been "just to keep the other alphas away from him." Oops.

*is idiot*

Again with you and writing just the first chapter of the story! You're awesome to make me want so much more. Or I'm greedy. Whatever. XD
