cutout sugar cookie recies????

So... I know I have several people who are good cooks bakers on here. I have a good chocolate cake recipe and a good pie dough recipe but what I really need is an excellent cut out sugar cookie recipe

I would substitute some of the shortening for butter, personally. ;) Have fun baking!
