cutout sugar cookie recies????

So... I know I have several people who are good cooks bakers on here. I have a good chocolate cake recipe and a good pie dough recipe but what I really need is an excellent cut out sugar cookie recipe.

So, spam me with your best one/ones. My cookie cutters need a workout! Proty promised me more cutters if I bake regularly!
