This would be a sublime troll. Unfortunately, I'm fairly sure it is not a troll. It's still one of the most hilarious things I've seen in recent memory--I literally laughed until I cried. Mustached American Tax Incentive? Makes about as much sense as Cain's 9-9-9 plan, I guess.

Friday, Bush signed a financial rescue bill. Included in that bill was H.R. 6983, the Paul Wellstone and Pete Domenici Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act of 2008. Rachel over at The-F-Word has a great post about it here.

It won't take effect until a year after the bill was signed, but still. Mental health parity. WOW.
