Art therapy

Chambers is on a "well-being at the Bar" kick. Last year this involved a mindfulness courses, which probably I would have been interested in, but I missed the first session and then somehow figured that this precluded me from jumping into later ones, and so never went to any. Good on them!

The art therapy might well be a lot of fun. Adult coloring, with a vast collection of crayons, could be pretty soothing.

Let me know how it went if you do it. My boss is always on me about how I need to do something non-school-related to calm down (apparently "designing worksheets" is not sufficiently extra-curricular) and I might give art therapy a whirl if it's fun.

We have lots of wellbeing activities (onsite yoga, pilates, physio etc), but lately they did a mindfulness course too. Weirdly enough, they don't offer art therapy...I'd try it if I were you!
