Rain, Rain

I mentioned that it rained yesterday.  Hard.  In places they got a whole month's worth of rain in six hours, in a few places they got it in two.  Naturally these places flooded.  Yes, we have drains, we even have storm drains, but either they were put in back before Climate Change kicked in, or more modern buildings were erected with insufficient

ooh wow, so much rain! I hope it's stopped now, and that they are cleaning up all the messes left behind caused by the shifting weather. And it's probably not going to be the last time it rains like that. :S

We had more rain yesterday. Then it cleared up for the afternoon. Today is supposed to be dry. The weekend, being a Bank Holiday weekend, will have some rain.

Clearing up will take as long as it takes. Aaages!
