It does remind me of something concerning the EBOLA virus. A guy once said that this was an Experience Biologique Orchestrée par les Loboratoires Américains.

Just to point out that it isn't purely an American company - it's a 50/50 joint venture between Merck (of the USA) and sanofi-aventis (of France). And they *do* have places all over the world, not just in Surrey!

Something on our news last night that it may be connected with the flood waters too.
I hope they get it right this time and dont execute too many innocent animals too early.

Rather makes one wonder about the people who chose to build a lab doing such research in a flood-prone area. Or maybe it was a badly designed drain system. Either way I think local farmers should try for compensation!
