 Even after waiting for 3 hours at the baggage claim at LGA (there are some scary people at the airport) it feels good to be back in NYC. I don't know why (yes I do....I'm a Bway geek. lol) but I feel better here than anywhere else, and I've pretty much got the hang of anything we might want to do. I still haven't mastered the subway yet. Our hotel

OMFG, Wasn't Rick Holmes GORGEOUS?!?! When Prince Herbert rips off his clothes? OMFG. lol. hothothot

Young Frankenstein was really funny, but the only main cast member who came out the stage door was Shuler Hensley (Frankenstein). Fred Applegate (Kemp/Blind Hermit) had an onstage goof that was absolutely hilarious though.

As far as cast members, Grease, and The little Mermaid were the best.

Also, a guy I met when he was in Les Miz on Broadway got us free tickets to his new show Junie B. Jones (I read those books ALL the time) at the Lortel theater on Christopher st. You should check it out if you get a chance. It's only an hour, and it's completely adorable. If you like Spelling Bee, you'll like JBUJ.

And I just can't picture Clay Aiken in that role. That is NOT the role I would've cast him for.

We ended up either walking or cabbing it eveywhere we went. It wasn't so bad. The farthest we ever went was either to the W. Village tonight to see a friend of mine in his new show, or the Natural History Museum.

Yeah, he was...alright. I felt so bad for the rest of the cast cause he got TONS of cheers every time he was onstage, and the rest of the cast was just so much better than he was. I was talking to a guy tonight at the stage door for little mermaid and he was telling me that in an interview someone asked Clay about possibly doing Spamalot, and Clay said "I don't even know who Monty Python is." What an idiot. UGH
