Also, I wonder how much weight the fact that it was written about 'celebs' has in it getting this far?
I find it difficult to believe that he'll be successfully prosecuted. And if I'm wrong, I've lost a little more faith in the justice system - because society will always have idiots, and idiotic occurrences, but one hopes that this idiocy doesn't extend as far as court without some kind of sense intervening and winning in the end.
