The Dr said i had either displaced or over strained the muscle in my shoulder....he has put me on antibiotics & if that doesnt clear it up then im going to have to do physical therapy.... i can do anything i want...just no heavy lifting..which is a hinderance in some cases... but i can deal

i'm trying to get back into lj- i actually posted- first one since Feb. lol
