I'm sat eating peas and carrots floating about in beef gravy. It's nummy as :o) I also have the rest of the gravy in a mug which I am drinking. I'm starting to feel I should maybe have a spoon instead of a fork.

I made the best omlette earlier. It had yellow pepper, tomato and cheese in it, mmmm :o)
