I think this rule or option is totally okay. I mean I'm also a maintainer of a community and I also try to keep the sharing stuff in this community and how it seems.. it's working very well <3

and I really think there is NO problem to ASK people if they can share the scans with permission or something x.x I can't understand people who stealing stuff from others x.x ..

да на самом деле все просто. если где-то заметишь "что то до боли знакомое" и без кредита а то и тупо упертое, пали гадов)
буду писать их в черную тетрадку)

I think when you deal with people who claim your stuffs as theirs, this is the right way.. people should understand the rules. :)
