To all new members - now we have moderated membership here.
I beg you to consider this new rule with understanding.
This is a necessary measure.
This does not mean that I am biased to the newcomers.
Nothig personal.
This is the biggest thing I can do to protect the contents of this community.
I thought about different ways we can have here.
First - is to close community. This will be the most simple way. No game - No gain. But this is not the way out
for more than 900 members we have here.
Second way - to mark all the scans with watermark. But this is no way either.
Not to mention that the scans will be damaged, it would require too much extra time, which I just don't have.
Third way and seems like it will be the one and only - is to make moderated membership.
We have several accounts that were banned do stealing content from here or support those who do.
If I ever saw or heard of another cases I will take the same measures.
These accounts are in blacklist now as like as their IP addresses.
I understand that this is due to some inconveniences for newcomers, but that's the way it is.
Also listened to some advice, we have a several new rules for the newcomers.
All the rules set out in our profile so everyone can read it and deside they fit them or not.
All accounts that do not conform to these rules, but composed in the community, remain unchanged.
