I violated my long standing Exxon boycott today. The Exxon station happened to be across the street from my preferred gas station, Thrifty. Exxon was $4.19 whereas Thrifty was $4.57. (Don't tell my English activist friends, k?) Bleh.

Sean found another lump on Hope's abdomen last weekend. We also discovered a swollen, red fleshy tag on her heel. It might be a blister, but I'm not sure. She's had red marks on her feet for months, and I wonder if it has something to do with her wheel. The vet never mentioned them when he examined her.

No more Carnivale. *sigh* What an amazing epic story!!! One of my all time favorites. I'm glad the Special Features had commentary from the writers on where the plot was headed in Season 3. That series was a gift.
