More Fun With Hovel House

I have two buttcracks of varied hues being proudly displayed in my kitchen right now.

The kitchen sink is leaking. The U-bend pipe rusted through.

It wasn't the fridge being cranky, it was the flipping sink.

I am Jack's complete and total lack of surprise.

The ferret is going ballistic, wants to either play with or bite the intruders.

(I'm also wishing that I had a computer that would play Sims2...)

I won't be living here forever, and the alternative is moving my massive pile of STUFF to an apartment for a year and pay utilities. My mom made a deal that she'd pay for grad school and living expenses if I moved down here to care for my grandmother and Hovel House. She only kept half the bargain, but half is better than none. I still pay for repairs when stuff breaks. Ugh.

I feel your pain with the Sims thing. I had to force mine to cooperate. Technically, the Sims 2 does not run on my rig. According to EA.
