Has nothing to do with current debate and more to do with crazy people who mistake courtesy for ZOMG Male Oppression, I think, which is not part and parcel of feminism as a whole, just a type of rudeness and overreaction on the part of some people who may or may not define themselves as feminists.

Yep, still going. And most of the whiniest posters still don't see why describing a beaten woman as "nice and pretty" because "otherwise, people would say she deserved it" might be, perhaps, sorta, kinda, maybe, a feminist issue ( ... )

In her defense though, Darwin is bizarro land. None of the laws of sanity apply. I have this as gospel from an ex-native.

She does come across as something of a fruitcake though.

That said, I do try to keep out of MATY politics, but you should know that I did cheer "Go Rohina!" at the second post, and I've been muttering "toot toot" ever since.
