Kids Are Weird

It seems like we all, as kids, harbor some bizarre beliefs and fixations. I, being typical, was no different. I'm not talking about Monster In The Closet or Santa or Tooth Fairy delusions, but far less explainable ones. Inflammable! That's been driving me crazy lately. I am trying to think of another set of words that sounds opposite and means the same.

I came here from Bad Service looking for Best Buy ranting and got distracted with this. LOL I just had to say that for years, I thought my dolls would come to life at night and kill people. I threw out every single one I was bought, except the Barbies. Too dumb and pretty to kill people, I figured.

And I still eat candy by color.

I didn't think they were going to kill me or anything, but I had no interest in testing my assumption. Apparently I beheaded on particularly creepy baby doll and my mom was highly irate about it and threw the head in the baby doll bed rather angrily. She thinks this is why I never had kids. Since I don't remember this outburst, I'd say that is a bad theory.

Candy tastes better after it is all categorized, doesn't it? Why is that?
