Housemate wanted for lovely Coorporoo home~

A few friends and I are looking to move into a lovely four-bedroom house backing onto the park in Coorparoo, but our fourth person has just pulled out, and we need to confirm things and pay bond/rent quite soon. Is anyone looking for a room to rent in that area? Rent will be $120/week plus bills

I am looking for a place. I can't move in till march 24th. How long is the lease as i don't want to move out in 6 month. Was hoping for long term. Please contact me ASAP thanks

Sorry that I didn't get back to you until now - we ended up having to give up the house a few days after I posted this due to too many people pulling out, and being unable to accept the finanical responsibility of the bond/lease etc to find flatmates afterwards. My apologies.
