A few friends and I are looking to move into a lovely four-bedroom house backing onto the park in Coorparoo, but our fourth person has just pulled out, and we need to confirm things and pay bond/rent quite soon. Is anyone looking for a room to rent in that area? Rent will be $120/week plus bills.
House has double garage, polished wood floors, garden, renovated bathroom and near-new kitchen. 500m from bus and train transport.
We are two girls and a boy 18-20 years old. Our interests: photography, gaming, anime/manga, cooking/baking, cosplay, general geekery; but we're not social-skill deprived and want to keep a nice tidy home. Looking for someone who respects other people's space and privacy, but also someone who can get along with us and have a chat from time to time.
