OMG!!! Saw Grindhouse Friday. Fucking amazing. An ingenious work of filmmaking. Two films in one, plus a bunch of ridiculous fake trailers. Both films are way over-the-top with violence and gore...which makes it awesome. There are parts that are way cheesy that makes the whole thing funny. To get a visa, you have to get in touch with the Embassy of that country in the US. I think you may even have to go for an interview, which will be annoying in a country the size of the US... But check out embassy websites, they'll tell you what to do next.

Oh yeah Grindhouse was pretty swell. I didn't really care for the previews though (too gory) but the one about the women werewolves was funny. =)

Yeah, the previews were quite ridiculous...I loved some of them more than others. I'm surprised you found them to gory, though, especially after Planet Terror...

Yeah well...Thanksgiving was the worst.

And Planet Terror wasn't really that bad, I thought. Just men bubbling up with huge disgusting pimples and then turning into goo.

If you really want to see Sweden and/or Norway you could always ask if the person you are staying with in Copenhagen could arrange something. I know for a fact that there are boats going to Oslo everyday and it takes 30 min. to get to Sweden (Malmø) by train and the trains also drives at night.

Well, only if that person is willing to go to the hassle of making arrangement. I wouldn't to put too much pressure on that person... ;)

And you easily get from Stockholm (Sweden) to Helsinki (Finland) by boat and that'd be definitely cool sinec it's the oplace I live in... Anyway, if you're coming to Finland, just inform me in time so that I manage to be at home then! :D
