Porridge vs. Shreddies: Porridge pwns shreddies.
Bowl of porridge yesterday, 8am. Crisps at 3pm. 2 pieces fruit at 9.30pm. Bowl of cereal at 11pm. Feeling ok during the day, not particularly hungry.
Bowl of shreddies today, 8am. Crips at 1pm. Crisps at 2pm. It's 15.30 and I'm freaking *ravenous*. Shreddies suck a$$.
