Yup, was planning to. I don't eat much at all (Winter Parliament notwithstanding. I put two platefulls of the buffet away. Two!!!).

To artificially eat less = badness, imo.

Plus side effects of the medication is stuff I'd be concerned about.

As such, the Doc is sending me for some blood tests, one of which will be Thyroid-related. He's pretty sure it's fine, but we're kinda running out of ideas....

Also, muscles weighs more than fat. You can lose fat, gain muscle, be healthier, get slimmer, and still weigh more.

Yeah, but I've been using that excuse reasoning for a couple years now.

Belly is not muscle. Belly need go away now. ;)

Yeah, but if you think you've lost size but stayed stable in weight, it could be the reason. Hang in there.

I've been stable around 13 stone for years and years. my actual fitness levels in that time have been all over the shop.
